Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of NGRAIN projects that are integral to the company’s operations. This includes working with stakeholders to determine requirements, keeping the projects organized and on track, and managing cross-department communications. This role is responsible for mentoring and coaching the project teams to effectively build and maintain projects. The Project Manager will be required to view projects from a broad point of view, manage expectations and ensure timely and successful delivery.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
•Manage the people, time, scope and quality of a project
•Manage and generate Project Plan, determine task sequencing, match resources to tasks, apply statistical techniques, and schedule maintenance
•Work with stakeholders and business analysts to document requirements and define the scope that will be managed throughout the project lifecycle
•Communicate project status and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
•Proactively manage project change and priorities
•Manage cross-functional teams that don’t report to you, but are responsible for meeting the project objectives
•Identify and develop contingency plans and facilitate risk management activities
•Communicate project requirements to vendors and manage deliverables from those vendors
•Estimate feasibility of project deadlines
•Ensure client satisfaction and project success
•Conduct periodic project audits
•Mentor and coach project teams

Qualifications Required:
•5 years experience in Managing Project.
•Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or Mathematics
•PMP certification
•Experience managing external vendor relationships and contracts
•Demonstrated change management experience
•Experience teaching courses directly related to project management
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients/coworkers
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•Excellent organization and time management skills
•Ability to make clear and concise decisions under frequent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Creative problem solving abilities
•Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point), MS Project and Visio.
