Job ID: 1125Position Description: SunGard is seeking an individual to assist in the design and implementation of compliance related software systems.Responsibilities: Manage software implementation, from contract execution to post-production, to ensure successful completion on-time and within budgetAssess customer needs to develop and configure the software Data analysis and mappingDevelopment of financial logic and formulasGather customer requirementsTrain system usersWork effectively with internal development and support resources Ability to manage client expectations Communicate status internally, to the project team, and externally with the customer and any other involved parties regularlyPosition Requirements:Proficiency with MS Excel Proven track record of successfully managing technology-based projects with a focus on a high level of customer satisfaction1+ years of Compliance or Financial Services experience is a plusStrong business skills - Excellent oral and written communication skillsProcess-oriented, multi-taskerTravel required – 2-3 days up to 3 times a monthDatabase skills a plusMBA preferredPosition Attributes:SunGard’s Protegent Surveillance is a rules based compliance application that helps financial services firms mitigate internal and regulatory risk. The solution is designed to help brokerage firms, banks and insurance companies identify questionable transactions and positions, improve field supervision processes, support field audits, and respond quickly to regulatory and legal challenges by analyzing account activity and client profiles against firm defined policies and procedures. This position would also support SunGard’s Protegent Onboard application. Onboard manages the new account opening and account maintenance processes for brokerage and insurance firms..Additional Information:Travel Percentage: 30%
