This position will be responsible for managing the implementation of InterAct's Suite of products for our small to mid-size contracts. You will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from; administrative, issue reolution, goal attainment, risk management, and project status. This position reports to the Director of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities include: Escalates issues as appropriate Resolves project issues Schedules and coordinates needed resources with PMO Office Manages project change Communicates with customers, fellow associates, and subcontractors Assesses and mitigates risk for projects Maintains a high-level of familiarity with public safety practices and procedures Summarizes progress of assigned projects and reports status to upper management Maintains and assists with creation of project documents including SOW, Change Orders, and other project documents as necessary

Required Experience: Requires practical experience with project management practices including; work breakdown structure, scheduling, resource loading, risk management and assessment. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project required. Must have ability to collaborate across multiple departments to form strong relationships. Must be willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time. (PMP) Project Management Professional preferred.
