Programmer Analyst in Java/J2EE Environment
CMA is recruiting for an experienced Programmer Analyst to support our New York State agency client. The candidate will conduct a field study of incident reporting practices in NYS. The results of this study will create the specifications for an automated system.
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
1. Eight (8) years experience managing application design and development projects
2. Four (4) years experience working with executive level stakeholders
3. Three (3) years design experience in a Java/J2EE environment
ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS
1. Experience with scanning, forms automation, and workflow technologies
2. NYS government experience, especially within public safety
