Programmer Analyst - Contract Manager

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Programmer Analyst that will perform analysis, design, programming, testing and other system development tasks to meet business and IT requests. The role will design, develop, and maintain a new Enterprise Service Oriented Rating solution.  The position requires a team player that can communicate well, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and consistently deliver professional level technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
-Designing and developing solutions required for complex application features
-Providing high-level technical options that span multiple systems
-Identifying high-level system impacts
-Translating high-level requirements into detailed designs
-Providing technical estimates
-Maintaining integrity of application architecture
-Performing unit testing and some functional testing

Qualifications:
-Have at least 3 years of development experience in Information Technology with experience in Object-Oriented Analysis, Object-Oriented Design and Object-Oriented Programming
-Have experience with VB.NET, Web Services, XML and XSD, MS SQL Server
-Have proven experience in delivering enterprise level solutions in a timely manner with high quality
-Have a proven ability and willingness to quickly learn new custom enterprise applications
-Be self-starter with excellent communication and problem solving skills
-Experience with the ICONIX development process would be helpful, but not required
-Familiar with Enterprise Library or other application blocks would be helpful
-Exposure to .NET 1.1 and/or 2.0 application architecture
-Undergraduate degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience
-VB.Net, Web Services, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, WindowsXP, Visual Studio 2005, MS Office
