Job Overview

Professional Services Consultants execute implementation projects for customers. Services include training users, assisting with the implementation of software and developing custom solutions. Consultants provide project management, best practice implementation guidance and detailed technical information about our products in order for our customers to achieve successful QAS software deployments.

In order to establish a solid grounding in the product their first 3 months will be spent providing assistance to QAS’ customers in the installation and use of our suite of QAS software solutions via telephone, e-mail, and our QuickSupport website.

Up to 30% travel is expected in this role.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be intelligent, well presented, articulate and confident. They will have a positive outlook, at least two years experience working with customers to implement software solutions and the drive to succeed. They will have worked on time sensitive projects in a fast paced environment. Candidates should be graduates in a technical field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Other requirements include;

· Skilled at troubleshooting Windows OS, applications and networking issues

· Experience developing dynamic websites, such as JSP, ASP, .NET or PHP.

· Some experience with non-Windows operating systems such as Linux/UNIX.

· Familiarity with common development environments such as VB, Java and/or C/C#.

· Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Office packages.

· Have a logical approach to problem solving and strong troubleshooting skills.

· A full and valid driver's license.

· Must be eligible to work in the United States.
