CrunchTime! Information Systems (www.crunchtime.com) is looking for Product Specialists to implement, support and train our best-of-breed enterprise management application for the restaurant and hospitality industry. If you possess the drive for excellence, pride in a job well done, and desire to be part of a team that is dedicated to being an industry leader, then we want to hear from you.
Currently we are experiencing substantial growth and are looking to add to our Training and Implementation Team. Our Product Specialists are responsible for working directly with our world-class customers to implement, train and support our applications. This is a vital role within our organization and it will be necessary to consistently provide the highest levels of customer service. This is a fast-paced environment and you should be able to effectively multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines.
Our customers are located all over the world and candidates must be willing to travel both nationally and internationally.
The successful Product Specialist will possess the following:Excellent troubleshooting skills Professional customer service and presentation skillsExperience working with ERP systems is desiredAbility to train/teach disparate users General understanding of client/server application, web and relational databasesProject management skillsUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesWillingness to travel up to 50% to client locationsExperience working in the restaurant, cruise, or hospitality industries preferred but not required.
