Job Requirements:
• Responsible for defining, implementing and managing a Product Quality Continuous Improvement program that will:
- Provide a scalable, centralized, single source of business intelligence regarding Hardware Product Quality (Out Of Box/DOA) performance, Predicted versus Actual Product Reliability, and Software Quality.
- Conduct monthly product improvement performance reviews with functions such as Sales, Operations, Service and Engineering and be responsible for the management of containment and corrective actions the organization.
- Review and determine systemic critical to quality issues and use DMAIC methodology to propose and drive changes to Product Life Cycle polices and processes.
- Produce monthly and quarterly management updates on key performance indicators, major improvements, Program Return, and current issues in WIP.
- Leverage Customer Master data to proactively provide intelligence on customer exposure and communicate into Service/Sales.


Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Quality Engineering or Mathematics, with at least 5 years experience.
• Must have good excellent working experience in some of the following areas:
• Manufacturing and Reliability testing & methodologies
• Statistics
• Quality Assurance methods
• Design of Experiments
• Prior experience in Telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of TL9000 and ISO9000
• CMMi
