We are looking for pro-active, innovative and energetic contributors to join our team. Process Engineering and Integration Director will hire, manage and direct the activities of all Process and Integration Engineers. Work closely with all departments to effectively prioritize, run and test Engineering and Development Lots without impacting planned customer deliveries. Assist Process Engineers in running experiments by ensuring effective Planning (DOE), efficient Execution (adequate and accurate process and test steps carried out), thorough Analysis of results (data driven) and following up with comprehensive Recommendations of further actions. Support and sustain low cycle time, high capacity fab operations with rapid qualifications, accurate documentation, effective OCAP's and rapid response to line issues. Diligently control changes in the process line; determinate and indeterminate. Implement controls that minimize product loss due to process or tool drift. Qualifications Desired: The position requires a minimum Bachelors Degree in an engineering field, (Electrical/Materials/Chemical) or in a relevant scientific area of study (Chemistry/Physics/Applied Physics). The ideal candidate will have flat panel manufacturing experience and a solid working knowledge of TFT and photo diode processes, or have extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Candidates for the position must have a proven track record in leading and motivating strong technical teams to resolve technical issues and in sustaining ongoing technical improvements.The position requires a strong business focus on continuous improvement, in the areas of yield, cost reduction and capacity improvement. The candidate should have hands on experience in successful introduction of new products to manufacturing.Six sigma training will be an asset.
