Principal Software Engineer

 

Work as part of a team of Java Programmers to design, develop and implement highly scalable and reliable enterprise n-tier distributed applications using Java, Oracle, Perl and other technologies.  You will join a world class team developing a state of the art SDK for accessing the e-Dialog platform. You will engage in the full software life cycle contributing to the design, implementation and launch.

Position Details:

· Design, develop and implement highly scalable and reliable enterprise n-tier distributed systems.

· Write “Best Seller� functional and technical specifications

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development methodology and processes.

 

Position Experience:BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline required.

 5-10 years of experience developing in Java and J2EE (JSP, Servlets) on UNIX, Linux, and/or Windows

 Experience using relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL).

 Strong understanding of Internet protocols and standards

 Experience using Web Servers (Apache) and J2EE Application Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss).

 Experience with XML and Web Services.

 Experience with full development life cycle and integrating disparate systems in an Internet environment.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
