Inside Renewal Representative - Inside Sales - Portuguese SpeakingProvo, UT Novell is looking to added talented, experienced sales people to our extensive Teleweb inside sales team.  You will be managing a list of existing Novell customers and renewing their contracts within specified areas.  You will be reaching out to the technology leadership and the purchasing officials of businesses of all types in Brazil.  The ideal candidate will have aspirations to be successful in selling and meeting quotas and have an interest in growing his/her career to a new level.  Characteristics of a successful Inside Renewal Representative: - Fluent Portuguese written and spoken.- Ability to build strong B2B relationships. - Achievement oriented with experience overachieving on a sales quota- Work is primarily done over the phone and by email - Success-driven and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment - Self-driven - Works well under pressure, professional demeanor - Ability to establish a course of action for self to accomplish goals while using the appropriate resources. - Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem solving skills when making decisions - Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration and motivation and time/work prioritization. - Excellent people management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone skills.
