Plug-In Developer - C#/Microsoft Integration
Do you have lots of C# experience in enterprise applications? Do you understand the intricacies of COM Interop from .Net? Do you want to work with rockstar developers that continuously push the envelope? Want the small company feel with the security that comes with a big company? Then Tamale has a great job for you!
Tamale Software is looking to add an experienced C# developer to our growing R&D team to join a team built around 3rd party integration with the our desktop application.
This position involves designing and implementing new integrations, maintaining old ones, as well as general C# development on a client facing application.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Optimizing the performance, stability, and maintainability of our plug-ins for Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Designing and developing integrations with additional third-party desktop applications, like Firefox or IM clients.
• Working with the Operations team to design build system integrations and test automation of the components
• Become a valued member of a team that continuously advance Tamale’s integration capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
•3-7 years of C# software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Significant Windows programming experience, including application integration, use of Windows APIs through .NET, and .NET COM interop.
• Experience with Windows installer/Wise/Installshield, Active Directory, or Visual Studio Tools for Office is a plus.
• Ability to work in a small company/high responsibility environment
