PeopleSoft HCM Sr. Functional Analyst

Macro Solutions is seeking Senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analysts for a long-term Federal contract in the Washington, DC metro area.





*Must be a U.S. citizen and be clearable.*




Role:  The successful candidate will possess extensive PeopleSoft HCM experience with at least two years of PeopleSoft HCM v8.9; strong verbal/written communication and analytical skills; and the ability to interact with program executives and subject matter experts. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the ability to work successfully in a team environment and possess the flexibility/adaptability to changing requirements. Must have experience gathering and identifying fit/gap requirements for PeopleSoft HCM.

Requirements: HR, Ben Admin, Self-Service, Workforce Administration, Payroll and Time & Labor.



Requirements:


Minimum of five-plus years of hands-on structured software analysis and design experienceFit-Gap ExperienceHands-on experience in the full software development life cycle. Hands-on experience in multiple implementation life cyclesExcellent oral and written communication skills.

 


Desired:




At least 2 years experience with PeopleSoft's 8.9 HCM, Contract, T&L modules Experience with relational data base design Global PayrollFederal Government Experience
