Description:


GENERAL TASKS/DUTIES: - Build, configure, debug and support PeopleSoft applications in a multi-instance hosting environment - Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture including Oracle databases, tuxedo application servers on Unix, process schedulers on both Unix and NT and Weblogic configuration - Analyze issues with SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Process Schedulers, Application Servers, Application Messaging and Web Servers - Develop, tune, and debug SQL statements within Query, Application Engine, and native SQL. - Have in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture security components - Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 and PeopleTools 8.4+ - Work with Infrastructure team members (Network, NT and Unix Administrators) to build and deliver services in a stable and secure multi-instance hosting environment - Assist with capacity planning, disaster recovery and load balancing activities in the hosting environment - Work on all phases of a project -- development, testing, production support, etc. - Rapidly resolve issues in order to adhere to Service Level Agreements - Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with organization standards. - Implementing and maintaining application security

 

REQUIRED PEOPLESOFT SKILLS: - Minimum of 4 years PeopleSoft technical infrastructure experience - PeopleSoft 8.0 or later experience

 

DESIRED SKILLS - Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS is desired - PeopleSoft Technical Certification and/or Oracle Database Certification a plus - Complete understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture -- specifically in a Sun Solaris, Windows, Oracle Database and Web Logic hosting environment

EDUCATION: - College degree a plus, but not required

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE: - Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this position Security Clearance Required.
