Functional payroll implementation consultant wanted for MindKey Inc., developers of the Microsoft Dynamics AX HRM modules and a team of second to none Dynamics AX HRM and Payroll consultants. Join a world-leading practice in to the growing and lucrative niche of Dynamics AX Payroll.  As a functional payroll implementation specialist for MindKey, you will be part of a unique team engaged on implementation projects in all corners of the globe.

You will be working as a functional payroll implementation consultant responsible for analysis, design, build, configuration, testing and implementation of Dynamics AX Payroll solutions and integration projects. You will also be involved in pre-sales activities.

You will be trained intensively in Dynamics AX Payroll and HRM and learn the MindKey and Microsoft implementation methodologies. This is a great opportunity to acquire subject matter expertise in Microsoft’s rapidly growing and very successful ERP, Dynamics AX .

Outstanding process understanding - the consultant must be able to:

· Understand and map a customer’s business processes against the business processes in Dynamics AX Payroll

· Discuss business processes with customers and provide valid recommendations for improvements

Outstanding analytical skills – the consultant must be able to:

· Collect business requirements from customers and compare to the application’s feature set

· Identify application gaps from the requirement and suggest valid workarounds.

· Write functional specifications for modifications or customizations required to address requirements

· Review and map complex interfaces between Dynamics AX external applications

· Provide overall “blueprint� design suggestions

Outstanding planning skills – the consultant must be able to:

· Provide time and resource estimates for the different phases of an implementation project

· Work in a structured manner

· Drive to deadlines, but be aware of constraints and issues that might impact them

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – the consultant must be able to:

· Work and communicate with people at multiple levels and functions in the organizations

· Transform business needs to technical solutions by working closely together with the development team

· Conduct presentations/demos for a large audience

· Conduct training courses for customer super users.

· Show great flexibility and motivation to travel the world on the job.

Outstanding IT skills – the consultant must have experience with:

· One or more payroll solutions such as SAP HR, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ceridian, Microsoft Dynamics GP and AX.

· MS Visio for business process mapping

· Time and attendance applications
