Position Overview

 

In this role you will liaise with the Strategic Development group to remain updated on the pipeline of global partner growth, encompassing both regional and global SI’s and organize programs accordingly.  You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts and partners in an effort to design effective partner education and certification programs.  You will play a truly vital role in the overall partner strategy at Endeca.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Overall management of on-boarding services partners including management of Endeca’s Partner FastTrack accreditation program

- Ongoing advanced education of partners (performance support post-FastTrack education)  

- Continue to evolve and build upon the accreditation program

- Manage program development for and enablement of Endeca resellers – this involves designing, planning, and implementing partner enablement policies and procedures

-  Liaise with the Staffing team, Practice Managers, and Practice Directors as well as external stakeholders and subject matter experts and partners to design and implement effective programs

 

Qualifications

 

- Minimum two years partnering experience with a strong emphasis on services

- Strong experience ion complex organizations and matrix environment

- Track record of success in the areas of responsibility listed above

- Ability to quickly establish executive relationships internally as well as with Partner organizations - Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to analyze and solve problems and balance changing priorities

- Strength as a self-starter and ability to work with little supervision

- Bachelor’s Degree ion Business or other related field is highly valued but not required

 

This role is to be located in Cambridge, MA or Chicago, IL.
