Part-Time Receptionist

Job ID: 944Position Description: Peopleclick has an immediate opening in the Raleigh office for a part-time Receptionist. Peopleclick’s technology, consulting expertise and support give companies the vision and flexibility to strategically manage all of their talent resources –-whether they are salaried, hourly or contingent.Work hours are Monday through Friday 10:00am - 2:00 pm.Our Receptionist responsibilities include:Performs all reception area duties such as receiving incoming calls, taking messages, accepting deliveries, and greeting visitors. Performs word processing and other clerical tasks, as needed. Must have sufficient knowledge of business to direct caller. Greets visitors, vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous manner and ensures that they are escorted to the proper office. Maintains pertinent telephone and visitor records. May train new staff and or relief switchboard operators.Position Requirements:Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field. If no degree, equivalent experience (1 year of experience = 1 year of college) will be considered. Experience:Minimum three (3) years of receptionist or other related experience that includes dealing with people, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining records. Good knowledge of word processing software. Good people and telephone skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills.
