PROJECT SCHEDULER
Experienced Project Scheduler needed to develop and maintain multi-tier, integrated development schedules for DOD software programs. Work with multiple project managers to develop and integrate project management and schedule activities in support of software development activities integrated with earned value. Track activities and status schedules to ensure accurate earned value reporting. Advise project managers on scheduling related issues. Analyze schedules for constraints, risks, float, and critical path dependencies. Make recommendations to reduce schedule risk and critical path. Assist in the development of work breakdown structures, work authorization documents and detailed task descriptions. Monitor progress, identify variances, and develop variance reports. Maintain project history, assist in the development of change requests, and manage schedule baseline activities.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and certification in Project Management desired. Minimum of five years experience in scheduling/project control, including experience developing Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules. Thorough knowledge of planning/scheduling techniques and MIL-HDBK 881. Primavera experience strongly desired. Candidate should be proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Must have good interpersonal communications skills and be comfortable working in a team environment with customers.US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED.
