PL/SQL Developer/Database designer

We currently have a full time position in our Delaware Headquarters where we are looking for a PL/SQL Developer/Database Designer.

Job Responsibilities:
* Design database schemas for Enterprise ordering, fulfillment, and billing services
* Design database schemas for corporate domains platform
* Develop, modify, maintain and debug Oracle PL/SQL procedures for the above platforms
* Maintain, debug and tune other PL/SQL running applications.
*  Mentor, train, and develop programming staff in proper SQL development and SQL tuning

EDUCATION:
Bachelor*s Degree or equivalent related experience

EXPERIENCE:
5+ years related experience

SKILLS:
* Experience in PLSQL programming is required; Experience with Oracle 10g environment preferred
 Database modeling and design required
*Experience developing in a Java environment
*Excellent skills in writing, maintaining, testing and debugging code in PL/SQL  and Java
*Experience with developing and designing XML schemas preferred
*Experience with web services
  Experience with Oracle relational databases
*Ability to apply Object-Oriented analysis and design
*Knowledge of Linux/Solaris/Unix operating systems a plus
*Experience writing commercial-grade hosted applications
* Experience with deployment into a hosted high availability application is desirable
*Superior communication skills with ability to talk with business individuals and developers at the appropriate level
*Strong desire and ability to mentor and teach other developers
