Organizational Change Manager

Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: IT/Software Development Organizational Change Manager TEKsystems is looking for a mid-level Organizational Change Management consultant to come join our team for a 6 month+ contract-to-hire opportunity in downtown Baltimore. Candidates will lead and support organizational change management efforts for in a large enterprise environment. The current project includes developing an overall change management strategy, stakeholder management, creating and implementing communication and training plans.The current project that needs support is a large scale configuration management effort. Qualified candidates must have experience with leading large-scale change management efforts. They must also have expert knowledge of current theories, applications, and best practices in change management. In addition, it is highly important that consultants have the ability to create and implement detailed organizational change management plans (including communications and training), identify stakeholders and analyze impacts of change and implement tactics to minimize impacts and encourage buy-in.
