Job Description:
Working for the Finance Department, position supports all aspects of order management with respect to sales orders and evaluation requests for conformance to policy, inclusive of order review, processing and tracking through to shipment.  
 
Essential Responsibilities:  
-Acts as liaison between sales personnel to insure that all orders meet NetScout's order review, processing and revenue recognition criteria.  
-Works closely with customer and sales department to insure order meets customer's needs.  
-Resolves any issues related to orders, pricing and discounts and ensures all departments have the information needed to process and report timely and accurately on orders.  
-Assesses and evaluates the order and all associated documentation to make a determination regarding NetScout's ability to recognize revenue on the order within revenue recognition guidelines.  
-Supports an assigned sales territory as well as serves as NetScout's primary partner for order operations activities. Identifies for Sales all areas where order contains non-standard terms and conditions and/or does not meet NetScout's booking policy.  
-Reviews, audits and verifies all order information making corrections as necessary.  
-Contacts salesperson or customer to resolve issues.  
-Reviews orders with manufacturing to ensure order is correct and can be processed and shipped.  
-Qualifies order discounts. Secures any discount approvals before processing.  
-When order is complete and all approvals have been received, enters order into the ERP system.  
-Answers non-routine questions from salespeople or customers on order, pricing policies and procedures.  
-Creates documents pertaining to departmental policies and procedures as well as assists in the preparation of ISO related documents and requirements.  
-Maintains accurate files (both hardcopy and on line)  
-Processes Evaluation orders as well as Evaluation RMA's

Requirements:
-AS in Finance or Business Administration  
-5+ years prior experience in an order management position  
-Proven communication skills, both oral and written within all levels of the organization  
-Proven skills as it relates to multi-tasking, problem solving and making sound business  
decisions  
-Proven ability to meet difficult deadlines especially during peak, fast-paced periods  
-Experience in a Finance department within a high technology company preferred
