Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant
SYNOVA INC. is an Information Technology “professional services” organization, specializing in staffing services, projects & solutions, offshore capabilities-both onsite and offsite, and consulting services.
SYNOVA has an immediate need for one of our clients in Lincolnshire, IL to identify a top talented Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant.
This is a permanent position.
Required Skills:
* MUST have 3 plus years working experience in the modules Core HRMS plus Irecruitment.
* Oracle Database Experience, eg: Oracle 9i/10g
* Development experience with the following tools/languages: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle
Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder, OA Framework, XML,
* Must have hands on technical experience in design and development of conversions,
extensions, reports, interfaces or workflow.
* Must have experience in writing technical specifications documentation.
* Must have Strong problem solving, interpersonal, written & oral communication and client-facing skills
