Oracle E-Business Technical Lead

Company is the leading provider of specialized software, services and information for the U.S. in their respective industry. It is a well funded 30-year old company with over 16,000 clients and 160,000 end-users of their product!

Responsibilities:
•  Lead the implementation and support of business applications (Oracle EBS) from a technical perspective
•  Manage user expectations and deliverables using project management and strict development methodologies
•  Develop and manage technology integration plans for disparate systems across the company ERP environment
•  Actively lead in the development, testing, training, integration, change control and acceptance processes of all ERP suite
•  Work closely with the ERP team to develop technical solutions for transactional data extraction and integration
•  Mentor development staff in Oracle specific technologies (Reports, Discoverer, XML, API’s, etc.)
•  Work closely with the Applications DBA and Systems Administrator to strategize and address application specific issues (patches, updates, etc.)
•  Assist in the development of business process, security and SOX compliance related documentation
•  Work closely with the Business Analysts to address system enhancements and process issues.
•  Work with the Enterprise Applications team to develop product roadmaps to maintain application compliance and future user needs

Requirements:  
•  Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or commensurate work experience.
•  Technical Lead experience with Oracle E-Business Suite implementation and support (Oracle Apps, Oracle development tools, etc.).
•  5+ years demonstrated development experience is required (PL/SQL, Reports, Discoverer, etc.) .
