Job Description:

Candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience supervising/managing employees as well as identifying and resolving team, process and product issues. Individual will also have experience with handling escalations and customer facing responsibilities.  This position requires excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.  Individual will also have great attention to detail, ability to work under constant deadlines and work cross functionally with external departments.  Primary responsibilities are to supervise Adjudication and complete quarterly objectives.  Individual will complete training within the first six months of employment to obtain a high-level, working knowledge of all HireRight Products.

 Subject matter expert for Adjudication Supervise a team of 10-15 employees assigned to adjudicate completed reports.Assist team members with their professional growth for positions of greater responsibility through training, coaching and individual feedback.Ensuring attainment of Department and HireRight goals, in terms of targeted productivity metrics, quality of work produced, turnaround time and minimization of late reports, corrected reports and reports without action.Seeks cost effective processes for faster turnaround times and improved quality.Work closely with cross functional management and personnel to improve quality of products and services.Handle escalated issues and requests from team members, other HireRight groups and clients.Provide product presentations to internal and external customers.Enforce compliance with HireRight policies, client guidelines and achievement of appropriate client service levels.Oversees annual performance appraisal process for assigned employees.Monitor and review new employee progress in accordance with New Employee quality/productivity measurements.Provide a consultative approach to clients regarding questions and/or concerns. Interview and recommend new hires.

 Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Criminal Justice, Human Resources or related fieldPrior team management experience (2-5 years)Prior Human Resource or Quality Assurance experience in an Operations Department a plusProficient with Microsoft Office Products (MS Word/Outlook/Excel/Visio)Ability and desire to grow within the organization to positions of greater responsibility; willingness to seek additional training or education as required for future opportunitiesStrong familiarity with internetExcellent written and verbal communication skills
