Title: Operations Project Manager - Global Subscriptions #65059 Location: San Rafael, CA General Summary: This role will serve as the Global Support & Subscription (GSS) business lead to coordinate and drive large system, sales model and sales support process and policy change initiatives in the areas of Autodesk Subscription (customer maintenance and productivity program) and Product Support. Global Subscription & Support is a revenue generating business unit, responsible for 30% of Autodesk's worldwide revenue. This high profile role calls for a person well versed in and effective at driving collaborative initiatives across global organization. They will engage both internally and externally to enhance the Autodesk customer experience. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Develop the business case for GSS projects. Lead global, cross functional project teams to deliver project objectives on schedule and within budget. Develop and maintain project plan and schedule utilizing corporate or agreed PM standards. Define project resource plan, including internal and contract resources. Perform critical path analysis and develops action plans to mitigate risk. Drive resolution of project issues. Manage inter-organizational relationships within the various business and delivery teams. Develop strong stakeholder relationships and maintains effective communication channels. Work with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and end user customers, to define subscription and support strategy, value proposition, policy and tools. Effectively manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Effectively lead and manages internal and external project resources. Negotiate assignment of critical resources and assigns responsibilities. Delegate and empower others and removes obstacles. Maintain open communication among project team members and lead project review meetings. Instrumental in helping team members establish healthy, collaborative relationships. Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances. Translate purpose and vision into clear goals for the team. Make sure every team member is on board and moving in the right direction. Required Qualifications: BS or BA or equivalent degree/experience. 8+ years project/program management experience, software industry preferred. 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven leadership skills Familiar with software industry subscription, support, maintenance and customer loyalty programs Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance technical, marketing and business perspectives. Ability to identify and manage risk. Experience in cross-functional teams, fulfilling global initiatives, and managing matrixed project teams. Ability to drive issues and decisions to closure. High energy and extremely self-motivated. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective at conveying difficult or complex concepts in an easy to understand style and manner. The ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-country environment. Excellent negotiation and consensus building abilities. Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills. Presentation skills. Experience working in a global organization. Desired Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of Autodesk customer and partner operations. Knowledge of and experience in managing enterprise system projects, from either business or IT side. Familiar with B2B or B2P systems and system integration.
