Technology for this person:
· JSP
· Java Script
· HTML
· CSS
· Java Beans
· SQLXML
· Generally working an open source environment.
· Will be stationed at client site (Annapolis) with trips to Bowie periodically.
· Client development environment is somewhat restricted as to what they allow on their network. That means the person is going to need to be flexible with the environment in which he/she works. Will need Secret Clearance (we will process do not need one to be considered for this position).
· Person will be working with another who works half time, of which half of that is spent on the legacy system
· The environment is dynamic.
· Some decisions that are made today may change tomorrow depending on what happens in another project.
· We are looking to build some structure into the development of the project.
· It will have a design and one based on the business process.
· Major advantage: the design we want to put together will be challenging and creative.
· We are looking for a creative, but adaptive person.
· If the person has any experience in requirements & testing tools in the open source environment, that would also be useful.
· This environment will either be frustrating or exciting, depending on the personality.
