Retrevo is seeking an exceptional Online Marketing Manager to help measure, improve and optimize its User Acquisition, User Experience and Partnership goals.

Retrevo is a “matchmaker for people and electronicsâ€� helping consumers find, buy and use electronics products.  Retrevo simplifies the consumer experience with electronics and gives them confidence and control throughout their products relationship lifecycle.

Primary responsibilities include: Work closely with CEO and Functional VPs to measure and optimize on business goals. Manage Paid Search Campaigns. Measure and enhance Search Engine Optimization campaigns. Develop models and track KPIs and variances over time. Measure User Engagement and provide optimization insights to Product Management. Track business operations metrics for Partners management. Observe emerging trends, help with market sizing activities, identify areas where Retrevo users are building affinity, and feed that into the Product Planning process.



Requirements Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills – ability to synthesize appropriate business intelligence from information along multiple dimensions. Detailed understanding of Paid Search Marketing, Bid management, Search Engine Optimization, and other traffic acquisition techniques. Understanding of user engagement metrics, and familiarity with traffic monitoring tools for funnel analysis, site navigation, stickiness, etc. Highly motivated to succeed - Enthusiastic about the role, with the ability to take initiative and be proactive. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. MBA strongly preferred. 3 to 5 years experience with Internet companies in a marketing/business-support role.
