Job in Redmond 98052, Washington US Status: 1099Pay rate: $10 / hourWork days: Monday to Thursday Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (including 1 hour lunch break)Location: Redmond, WA Responsibilities:1. Supporting employees on various fronts like payroll, health insurance and travel.2. Coordinating with payroll and health insurance agency for updating employee records as needed.3. Online payment of utility and other bills and taking care of file management for bills and receipts.4. Keep track of expenses journal, make visit to banks for wire transfers and check deposits.5. Overseeing maintenance of office premises, few corporate guest houses, and company cars.6. Coordinating with law offices for status on various cases, making payments etc.7. Research discounts over the internet, make cost comparisons, and place on-line orders.8. Issuing and mailing required letters to employees and authorities as instructed by management.9. Managing the CD library. Knowledge/experience with resolving network issues is added advantage.10. Organize and coordinate company luncheons & picnics and other HR events11. Photocopy, fax, and scan correspondence and documents12. Any other errands and general administrative tasks that may not have been listed above. Must be well versed with usage of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet. Good attitude and flexibility for kind of work is a must. Should be a go-getter and be a value add to our team. On-the-job training for processes will be provided in addition to cordial working environment.
