Notification Product Manager

TeleVox Software has an immediate opening for an experienced healthcare professional in the Mobile, AL, region to fill our Notification Product Manager position. The selected individual will be responsible for participating in the development and commercialization of the Companys products, technologies, and related solutions ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures; ensure the department function is efficiently performed in a quality-oriented environment reflecting the West values, providing support and assistance as necessary to product management staff; target select market segments and grow client relationships; recommend organizational structure necessary to support new products and/or projects; participate in the development of business requirements or specifications; identify risks and resolve issues in the launch of new products and enhancements; manage the installation, start-up, and initial operation of products; forecasting feasibility and profitability of product implementation; provide leadership and direction on product related projects, ensuring follow through from beginning to end; provide on-going support to clients and internal team members, ensuring goals and objectives are met.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. - Minimum two years product management or notifications-related experience which may include technical support, account management, sales or implementation experience - Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Basic knowledge of product and project management software tools (e.g., Feature Plan, MS Project, etc.) preferredAt TeleVox we empower our people to grow and succeed within an atmosphere that is open, enthusiastic and creative.
