RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain Global IP Network Infrastructure and Devices. Respond to service tickets timely as assigned. Provide a high level of customer service and quality work to our customers. Uphold the professional image of the company at all times. Be reliable and on time regardless of the work site. REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 4+ year in an Enterprise Network Environment 4-yr Undergraduate Degree, preferably in CS or IT Must also have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in at least 2 of the 3 OS platforms (IBM / AIX, Sun / Solaris, HP / HP-UX) Cisco certification CCNP or Equivalency At least 2 years experience in: TCP/IP networking, Routers, Switches and Firewalls. VPN Tunnels &ndash IPSEC &, SSL DNS and DHCP setup and troubleshooting Content Filtering Load Balancing and Dynamic DNS Advanced Network troubleshooting (OSPF, Policy Routing) Automated Monitoring Tools &ndash Nagios, Cacti - Open View IP telephony troubleshooting (Environment and Phones) Knowledge of IAS/Radius and NAC/Authentication Knowledge of WIFI &, 802.11x DESIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE: Windows Server 2000/2003 operating system Active Directory/LDAP/NIS &, RSA Technologies Basic Linux/UNIX Administration Knowledge of Exchange 2003/2007 &, Anti Spam AVAYA VoIP Phone Systems SAN &, NAS Experience &ndash iSCSI &, Fiber Channel Company: Modis, Inc.
