Stratacache is actively seeking multiple Network Operations Support Specialists for customer support from our Dayton, Ohio network operations center. Positions are based out of our Dayton, Ohio corporate headquarters and involve First, Second and Third shift support positions.  Applicants need to be able to show significant Systems Engineering and Technical Support experience in Linux software/hardware and network appliance products. In this position, you must be capable of both direct customer technical interface on complex problems and world-class post sales product support. This position requires a polished, highly motivated, highly professional and personable individual capable of working efficiently and productively in a rapidly growing company.

Stratacache products are the industry leading solution for content delivery, digital signage, webcaching, application acceleration and intelligent content distribution and management solutions within large, distributed enterprise network environments. Stratacache appliances provide turnkey solutions adding value to the network above the basic transport and routing layers. We live at Layers 4-7 and carry out complex tasks with powerful results.



Responsibilities:

· Support Specialist fielding complex support calls

· Engineering level support of Stratacache devices and network layer issues

· Project implementation and project support

· Major account technical support, integration and upgrade assistance

· Interaction with development teams for ongoing product enhancements

Requirements:

· 2-5 years in systems engineering and support

· Ability to communicate and interface with customers in a professional manner

· SIGNIFICANT experience with Unix, Linux and BSD

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Good organizational and communication skills required
