Description Leverage your Network Operations Security and Data Infrastructure experience in a career at Accenture. Organization:  Outsourcing Operations - IO Network Operations Security Lead Location:  Cincinnati, OH or Dallas TX People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems, and telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies Our IO resources can expect to:  Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package  The Network Operations Security Lead is responsible for operational support of Data/Voice/Security related infrastructure devices.  Will also assist with Customer Request Management relating to infrastructure devices such as Firewalls, VPNs, Routers, Switches, Packet shapers, and DNS/DHCP servers. Will serve as Subject Matter Expert in Data Infrastructure and Security. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:   Minimum of 6 years experience in IT support role Minimum of 6 years experience with TCP/IP and other networking protocols – IPX, UDP, ICMP, IPSec, GRE, SSH, SMTP, HTTP, FTP Minimum of 6 years experience with networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, NAT, Firewall, Proxy, Web Filters, Switches, Routers, etc.) Minimum of 6 years experience with data communication technology – ATM, DSL, Frame Relay, Leased Line, Ethernet Minimum of 6 years experience with Cisco routers and switches Minimum of 4 years experience with Unix and the associated command lines (Solaris or equivalent) Minimum of 4 years experience with managing multiple projects and/or issues simultaneously Minimum of 4 years experience with data security – Firewalls, IPSec, GRE, Intrusion Detection Minimum of 4 years experience with SNMP Minimum of 4 years experience with handling and escalating highly impacting operational issues to upper CIO Management and/or 3rd party vendor escalation Preferred Skills:   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical information using non-technical language Superior problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize, organizes, and manages multiple activities Ability to operate largely independently with guidance from lead Ability to learn new technical skills quickly Team leadership experience Understanding of Service Management (including ITIL) Security-related certification Daytime shift hours/Weekend and off-hours work will be required for maintenance activities and on-call support To submit resume online Click Here  Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
