If you would like to be part of an organization where there are NO LIMITS, please submit your resume to eprado@netsuite.com Job Description:The Regional Sales Manager for Channel Sales will be responsible for building and supporting a network of successful channel partners across a defined area of the United States.  Working closely with the other RSMs and Marketing Manager for Channel Sales, and reporting to the VP of Channel Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and providing sales and orientation training to new partners, as well as the management and continuous development of existing partners.  The RSM will also manage VAR forecasts, and be a proven individual contributor, delivering a monthly revenue number.  This position will require some travel, and seasonally up to three days per week that may also include some weekend travel to support trade shows and conferences.  This position is field based and will be required to work remotely from HQ.  To be effective, you must possess outstanding presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of the ERP/CRM/eCommerce competitive landscape.  You’ll need to fully grasp the strategic advantages offered by not only NetSuite’s technology, but the Partner’s offerings, all while creating a valued and trusted advisor relationship with those partners.  You will work in conjunction with the Sales Engineers to nurture and solidify ongoing strategic relationships across key areas of the business and monitor partner performance against sell-thru growth objectives. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be based in New York, Boston, Toronto, or Atlantaand have 6 to 10 years successful senior sales and/or business development experience with a track record of closing business. You must also demonstrate success in managing large enterprise accounts and strategic alliances. A strong background in both channel and direct sales is preferred. Candidates who offer technical depth in ERP and CRM will be considered. Keys to success in this role are a dynamic presence, excellent communication skills, solid relationship management experience, and a strong work ethic. You must also be highly collaborative, focused, tenacious, and willing to travel throughout an assigned regional territory. You must possess the ability to actively identify and recruit all appropriate and targeted value added partners and generate associated revenue.
