Several are Contract-to-Hire opportunities with some of Richmond's premiere companies. Others are project based contracts ranging from 6 to 12 months. Salary ranges are commensurate to experience level. We have current needs for Mid and Senior Level Developers, defined by technical knowledge and years of experience. We strive to pay our consultants top dollar and place them in rewarding projects/companies. Often our clients find our people indispensable, and eventually convert them to permanent employees, with Vaco's blessing.
