Position Requirements:

·         Strong .NET skills (ASP.NET, C#)

·         3+ years of structured programming experience with software development tools such as C#, ASP.NET, C++, Visual Basic and/or VB.NET

·         Extensive knowledge of SQL 2000 and/or 2005

·         Excellent understanding of eCommerce technology and architecture

·         Proficient in industry standards, such as XML and SOAP

·         Object Oriented and design skills with UML experience are pluses

·         Experience with WSS 2.0 and 3.0

·         Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007

·         Experience in developing dynamic workflow templates, reports using Sharepoint Reporting Server

·         Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and AD Security

·         Thorough understanding of and experience with SharePoint building blocks such as site collections, sites, web applications, lists, views, and libraries

·         Must have the ability to analyze requirements and functional design specifications, write technical design specifications, and construct and test application programs

·         Ability to customize SharePoint sites and build web parts

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at both a business and technical level

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce business-driving technical reports

·         Self motivated and focused, with a positive outlook and excellent organizational skills

·         Experience with emerging Microsoft technologies such as LINQ, MVC and Silverlight is a plus

·         Exposure to Rich Internet Application user interfaces (e.g. Flash, Flex, Silverlight) is a benefit

·         Ability to work in Agile development environments
