.NET Engineer

Join AdvanTech’s product development team designing innovative systems for the Department of Defense and commercial industry.  We are seeking individuals who can hit the ground running with excellent Visual Basic.NET and SQL Server experience.  We are a fast-paced and challenging environment developing state-of-the-art logistic systems with RFID applications and designing custom supply chain management software. If you have the necessary skills and are looking for challenging assignments, we’d like to review your qualifications.

 

What you need to join our team:

 Visual Basic.NET 2005, SQL Server 2005, Crystal Reports  (ASP.NET would be a plus) US Citizenship to obtain required Security Clearance 1+ years experience developing and implementing computer systems 1+ years experience working with RDBMS, preferably Microsoft SQL Server AA in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams dealing with multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

 Complete system life cycle experience Prior experience in wireless networking and RFID a plus

What you and your team will do:

 Develop and maintain specialty applications including database structure Develop Client/Server applications using Visual Basic.Net 2005 Design Internet applications using classic ASP & ASP.NET technologies Update and maintain relevant Application Code in Visual Source Safe Provide on-site support for clients as needed
