.NET/C# Senior Software Engineer

Are you a rock-solid C# .NET developer?  SoftSource Consulting in Portland, Oregon is looking for a full time Senior Software Engineer with deep knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and higher to join our team.   If you have consulting experience and can provide practical, professional solutions on the Microsoft .NET platform we want to hear from you. SoftSource Engineers are responsible for working with customers to implement business and technical requirements to create solutions through consulting, mentoring, and development.   We are experts at large-scale application development, application security and implementation, testing and deployment. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience developing software on the Microsoft platform.Industry experience with .NET, and C#.Strong problem solving and debugging skills.Familiarity with at least one software development methodology.Strong technical background in C# and ASP.NET. High-level real world, software development experience.Exceptional database development experience with SQL Server. A sense of humor Knowledge of secure application development Bachelor’s degree required, Computer Science major strongly preferred

Skills Desired:

MCSD.NET certification.

Knowledge of C++, COM, and COM+.

Expertise developing secure applications.

Experience with technical training or presenting.

Project leadership experience a plus.
