Description Organization:  Outsourcing Operations - IO Location:  Cincinnati, OH People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems, and telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies. Our IO resources can expect to:  Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package The NADC Monitoring Team Lead is responsible for the support, administration and configuration of the NADC client specific configurations within the Strategic Enterprise Toolset.  As we migrate to a new monitoring solution, the team lead will be responsible for completing the configurations and the migration activities for each client with the project manager.  Once all clients are migrated, the team lead will have responsibility for transition of new clients as well as the on-going support of the existing client configurations.  The team lead will also be the NADC Automation Champion.  This will involve rolling out the new Opalis Automation tool within the NADC delivery capabilities while ensuring consistency with the global standards.  Qualifications Basic Qualifications:  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field Minimum of 4 years of experience with enterprise tools systems Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically with BMC Patrol tools Minimum of 2 years of operational technical service delivery Preferred Skills  Windows, Unix, SQL and Oracle Experience working with global and off-shore teams Operations Management (ITIL) Minor travel may be required for meetings, training, etc... Flexibility to work or conduct conference calls after hours or during weekends due to significant issues or schedules across time zones Services as on-call escalation 24x7 for significant issues or operational risks Professional Skills Required:  Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent organizational and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision To submit resume online Click Here Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
