Burntsand has been an early adopter of Microsoft .NET technology. We have been designing and developing .NET solutions collaboratively with Microsoft and our clients prior to the official product launch of the .NET development tools.  Burntsand has certified competencies in Information Worker Productivity Solutions (SharePoint, InfoPath, MCMS) and Integrated E-Business Solutions (VS.NET, BizTalk, SQL Server).  Less than 10% of Microsoft’s Partners qualify for Gold Certified Partner status, and fewer than 5% have attained Information Worker and Integrated E-Business Solution Competencies.

 

MICROSOFT SENIOR DEVELOPER

 

 As a consultant you will be working everyday to deliver high quality solutions in a team environment to Burntsand clients with the greater New England area.

 

Qualifications:

· 4+ years of Microsoft Centric Projects with 6+ years of overall development experience

· At least two years experience programming in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net (2005), C#.Net, C++, SQL



Ideal candidate should have one or more of the following:

· Winforms/Webforms development

· MS SharePoint Portal Server (SPS) development ( minimum of SPS 2003)

· MS Content Management Server (MCMS)

· MS BizTalk Server Utilized

· Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF)

· Minimum of .NET 2.0 Framework experience  (preferably 3.0 or 3.5)

· eXtreme / Agile methodology

 

Certifications: (one of the following)

· MCP

· Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD)

· Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)

 

Soft Skills:

· Diplomatic (all great consultants display this trait)

· Technically adept (you have current skills and are able to deploy them across a variety of projects and solutions)

· Communication (you can converse with customer and team members of all levels)

· Committed (to the your customer, your team and your project)
