Title: Metrics & Reporting Analyst #65000 Location: Manchester, NH Responsibilities Production of ad-hoc reports Gather and document Requirements Design Creation Identify opportunities to include in library of standard reports Manage a library of standard PS reports and dashboards Ensure consistency and alignment Gather and document Requirements Design Review and Approve Tracking of usage. Manage roadmap of new and changed reports Define templates and standards Creation of reports as required Identify opportunities to improve the understanding of our operations and customers through: Enhancing existing reports Creating new reports Analysis of data. Contribute to reporting infrastructure Define requirements Manage contents of mapping tables and metadata. Definition and documentation of reporting fields and metrics Leverage multiple data sources (e.g. financial, subscription, CER/CIP) to enhance PS reporting Perform Data Analysis Document assumptions, objectives, methodologies and limitations Document conclusions and recommendations for operations and further analysis Maintain reference library of analyses Ensure that reports are effectively used. Defining, preparing and delivering training Ensure that new and changed reports are communicated effectively to users. Evaluate effectiveness of reports and analysis. Provide support of reporting within PS and to non PS users of PS data Experience 1 - 3 years experience with data analysis tools: Access, Excel, SQL Experience with reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports, required Preferred experience: reporting tools such as Business Objects, Siebel Analytics 1 – 2 years of experience with web statistics quantitative and qualitative analysis, including familiarity with Hitbox/ Omniture Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and in teams Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with varied personalities and work styles Highly organized and able to maintain clarity in a changing environment Bachelors Degree IF YOU ARE AN EXTRAORDINARY PERSON WHO STRIVES FOR EXCELLENCE, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME ONLINE AT HTTP://WWW.AUTODESK.COM/CAREERS - Job Req # 65000.
