Marketing Position for Software Company

Software Marketing Position Job Description:

 

Develop and execute a marketing plan designed to facilitate and support Satori in meeting its revenue objectives.

 

Software Product positioning and promotion: work with the management team to appropriately position existing and net new products and develop programs to promote the products internally and externally.

 

Market Research: Perform the research necessary to help determine new market opportunities.

 

Lead Generation: Develop, execute and monitor the effectiveness of programs / campaigns that will generate leads.  Seek out and provide lists of prospects in select verticals.

 

Marketing Communications: Develop collateral to support sales efforts in specific verticals. This would include product pieces, case studies, white papers, press releases as appropriate.

 

Trade show and event coordination: Identify appropriate shows and coordinate trade show activities. Assume ownership for annual user group meeting.

 

Website Content Management: assume responsibility for the presentation, messaging and  content on the Satori web site.

 

Sales and Marketing Systems Administration: ensure that these tools are being optimized to support Satori marketing and sales efforts and reporting needs.

 

 

Other duties as assigned by manager.
