Marketing Events Specialist

As the Marketing Events Specialist, you will assume a high profile position that will leverage your skills tactically and strategically. In addition to the industry trade shows and conferences you have grown accustomed to, you will drive the planning and execution of Vignette Village, our annual global user conference, Vignette’s Sales Kickoff, and other customer events, internal training programs and trade shows critical to the continued success of our organization. This is not for the faint of heart and you’ll have to own it. You will be responsible for coordinating all event logistics, including site selection, budget management, program promotions, content support and post-event reporting. No lone rangers! It’s essential that you work cross-functionally to ensure proper execution of exhibit, audio visual, IT and venue requirements. This will include exhaustive internal communication and partnership as well as the procurement and management of third-party vendor services. On-site event execution roles up to you, comprehensive site research and Production experience required.
