Marketing Campaign Manager - Strategic Industries

Today, more than 46,100 customers in more than 120 countries run SAP applications – from distinct solutions addressing the needs of small businesses and midsize companies to suite offerings for global organizations.PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES * Drives the development and/or execution of standard demand generation campaign architectures and frameworks in alignment with go-to-market strategies in strategic industries. * Ensures deployment of “best of breed” campaign strategies and optimization of campaign spend, resource allocation, and KPI results achievement. * Serves as strategic industries campaign lead with full responsibility for “in-market” campaign design, operational strategy development and implementation, as well as full adoption and integration of a “test and learn” approach to new campaigns, constantly driving for higher response, conversion and ROI. * Develops and executes Tier 1 vertical campaigns. * Manages strategic industries buying center vertical strategy and execution. * Serves as a virtual member of Demand Generation Services Hub. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS * Develops and manages tier 1 industry and buying center campaigns. Including ownership for campaign framework, offer strategies, campaign forecasts and results. Primary focus on retail, utilities and public services. * Work hand-in-hand with horizontal solutions buying center team to manage execution of strategic industries tailored buying center programs to include campaign schedule, vertical messaging development, list execution, offer strategies development and tele enablement. * Works hand and hand with industry marketing teams to recommend and standardize campaign models with field marketing industry leads (Public Services, Retail, Utilities and Financial Services) to provide best recommendations on campaign mix/spend allocation, best practice campaign “model” application, agency partner alignment and utilization, as well as business process and engagement requirements to ensure maximization of campaign results. * Serves as a change agent and Demand Generation Hub liaison for strategic industries to drive business process improvement, identify vendor needs discussions with cross functional global and North American teams. WORK EXPERIENCE Must have 8+ years media, marketing and direct marketing strategy experience at a minimum, ideally with experience in B2B marketing in the IT space * Command of online media best practices, industry trends and vendors * 8-10 years Media Marketing, Direct Marketing and Relationship Marketing experience. Prefer more. * Agency and/or Consultant side experience (vs. all client/corporate side) strongly preferred. * Business to business marketing experience (vs. all consumer) – preferably high tech, especially enterprise software. Large Enterprise and SMB/SME experience. * Experience working with and managing media vendors for online and offline touch points building to sales leads * Experience with e-mail marketing techniques and integration of e-mail. * Experience with articulating a strategic direction and overseeing its implementation. * Testing and campaign results reports and incorporating same into strategic recommendations. * Experience “selling” the recommendations and implementing based on client acceptance TRAVEL 25%EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelors’ degree required; graduate degree in marketing, media strategy or operations is valued and preferred Title: Marketing Campaign Manager - Strategic IndustriesCompany: SAPLocation: Newtown Square, PA 19073Status: Full Time, EmployeeJob Category: Marketing/Product
