Marketing CRM Coordinator

SunGard Public Sector is proud to be a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and an IBM Premier Partner.We are currently seeking a Marketing CRM Coordinator. CRM Support Specialist with specific Salesforce.com experience preferred to supporting marketing for all SunGard Public Sector business units answering all in-bound 800 number customer and prospect calls, tracking in-bound leads and reporting on campaign effectiveness using SalesForce.com.  Maintain in-bound leads and track sales opportunities and forecasts for marketing campaigns. Assist with the execution of sales and marketing campaigns and communicate with the sales and marketing teams.   CRM and Marketing Campaign Duties: Take in-bound 800 number calls Screen requests for product match, document in SalesForce.com Qualify in-bound leads, hand-off to Sales Rep Literature fulfillment Literature inventory maintenance and control Campaign measurement and reporting Salesforce Administrator Duties Include: User administration and training Recommend database customization as needed Data record maintenance for in-bound leads/contacts Follow best practices for use across the CRM Analytical reporting as required by management Escalate issues to SFDC Technical Support as required Promote consistent usability across all levels of usage Drive user adoption through communication and monitoring Document policies and procedures Job Qualifications: Previous experience with Salesforce.com preferred Experience as a Salesforce.com administrator preferred but not required 1-2 years experience in sales support or marketing preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Demonstrated judgment, analytical, problem solving and time management skills Ability to manage highly professional interpersonal relationships Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently To apply for this position, please contact us at jobs@hteinc.com .
