But, we’re also an employee-focused organization that genuinely cares about our staff offering a great team environment and career development opportunities.Job PurposeWe are currently seeking an experienced individual help us achieve our new business development and sales growth objectives by providing leadership and direction for our domestic sales activitiesEssential Job Results*Achieving sales revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities domestically and internationally. Provide oversight for the Company’s leisure and corporate sales teams.*Acting as key relationship manager for client relationships for both leisure and corporate accounts. Developing and implementing an annual sales plan that addresses key customer segments and key accounts, and setting sales targets.*Motivating a professional sales team through sales programs, performance objectives and measurements that create value to the membership. Ensuring sales efforts are integrated with marketing efforts.*Integrating sales programs and processes, and encouraging effective communication, by developing strong relationships and maintaining open communication with all departments within the Company. Will share sales vision and key messaging.*Meeting financial objectives by directing the overall budget for assigned areas. Manage funding to optimize revenue contribution.Skills/Requirements*A minimum of 10 years related experience, including at least 5 years in sales management. Travel or hospitality experience preferred. *A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree preferred.*Financial and budgeting acumen with prior financial accountability experience.*Proven experience providing strategic direction. Ability to receive strategic guidance with a longer-term focus.*Proven experience with attracting, retaining, motivating and developing staff.*Ability to maneuver a political environment with high level of visibility.
