MANAGER OF CLIENT ACCOUNTS
StrataCare is a leader in national bill review software solutions and service for the workers' compensation industry. The StrataWare suite utilizes the latest browser-based technology to deliver an integrated solution that helps our clients lower costs, improve productivity, increase profits, and meet regulatory or governmental compliance.
We're seeking a qualified Manager of Client Accounts!
Responsible for:
·Overall accountability for client satisfaction, service level agreement deliverables and account profitability.
· Building, mentoring and managing a strong Client Account Management team to achieve maximum performance.
·Leading the preparation of strategic, creative and tactical imperatives for an account’s overall strategy and development.
·Defining, evolving, communicating and evaluating Client-focused strategy and long-term vision for positioning and growth.
·Evaluating customer service systems architecture and enhancing process; researching and recommending appropriately enhanced escalation system; implements organizational development and enhancement of the customer support organization.
·Ensuring on-time, on-budget completion of strategic initiatives and ensures quality through the encouragement of accountability and quality control.
·Managing client expectations needs and priorities, and collaborating with client team members to ensure effective integration with consulting and service delivery capabilities and priorities. Position requirements:
· Five or more years’ management experience in workers’ compensation or healthcare information systems with client contact at senior levels and demonstrated business development skills.
· Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans to attain client objectives and a proven track record of delivery.
· Previous management level experience overseeing customer service operations and staff. Demonstrated leadership skills
· Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
· Demonstrated expertise in service planning and customer advocacy.
· Excellent consultative skills and ability to help develop interactive solutions for national accounts.
· Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines and constraints and be able to delegate when appropriate.
· Superior presentation and communication skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
· Ability to travel and work as needed to meet Company objectives.
· Experience with budgeting, invoicing and revenue projections
