Manager, Product Support Services

Manager, Product Support ServicesPosition Role:
Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, oversees product support staff in Dallas and London, managing the day-to-day resources and customer product / software support issues.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· Organization and management of post-sales customer product / software support representatives in Dallas and London (10 people total)
· Ensuring we achieve targets for customer satisfaction, response and resolution timeframes
· Coaching and professional development of subordinates Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in software product support management
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent
• Experience in software manufacturer and financial companies is preferred
• Software product support and services management
• Knowledge of software license and service sales
• Ability to lead a professionally & geographically diverse team
