Job Description:

 

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for developing complex financial analysis and models. Makes extensive and varied use of advanced financial/accounting concepts, theories, principles, and techniques to carry out a full range of responsibilities. Able to manage worldwide responsibilities, working effectively through global cultural business and accounting issues.

 

This position interacts regularly with senior and executive management. Must be able to work independently and drive projects to completion. Must have excellent organizational skills and an attention to detail while having the ability to see the big picture.

 

Key responsibilities include providing worldwide finance leadership, developing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, and assisting with the annual strategic plan.

Requirements:BA in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred. A minimum of 6 years industry experience and/or large multi-national company experience. Strong SAP and data reporting and analysis skills required.
