Manager, Applications Support Our client in Iowa City, IA is seeking a senior level leader to be a part of their Technical Operations organization. This person would function initially as a Technical Support Manager leading a team of 3 full-time Tier 2 applications support resources. The staff grows to 8-10 during peak season which happens bi-annually. The Director of Technical Operations wants this Manager to have previous experience managing web-based applications support resources as this will be the core responsibility of this role. Long term, this position would help grow the business of our client to include additional applications to be supported, build a consulting business around product support, and offer technical training services to clients.
