Intuit is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible for the quality of TurboTax product on Windows and Macintosh platforms. This person will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive test strategy for the both platforms. This person will work closely with development team, customer support team, customer experience teams and services teams. Successful candidate will be customer oriented, results driven (i.e. metrics oriented) and passionate about building a cost efficient set of applications that meet the company's growth and customer experience requirements.

Requirements:
1. Test Strategy and Execution: Strong background in software engineering, test frameworks, and automation. Expert at SQA methodologies and approaches (black box, white box and automated testing). Experience in using testing frameworks and test automation tools (like Silk, TestCenter, …).
2. Education & Experience: BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Industry experience in delivering at least 2 major software title releases. 10+ years of QA or development experience with 3+ yrs in QA management or leadership role. Experience with Agile development methodology, is a definite plus. Working knowledge of object oriented programming concepts. Experience with Microsoft technologies (different flavors of Windows and .NET/C#) and Apple technologies (different flavors of Mac OS and Objective C) is essential.
3. Soft Skills: Driven, creative, and result oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills, are essential. Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (staff, peers and senior management). Ability to build relationships with various development and test teams to evolve and improve the quality assurance strategy and excellent negotiation skills, are a definite plus.
4. Team Building: Recognized for motivating and building high performance testing manual and automation teams. Experience building, mentoring and retaining a sizeable QA organization, with ability to give technical direction, and provide hands-on management.
